These terms govern your use of Adsevon (“the service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Adsevon analyzes advertising campaign data you provide and produces analytics and optimization recommendations. Adsevon is currently in private beta: the service may change, pause, or have rough edges, and recommendations are informational — they are not financial advice and do not guarantee any advertising outcome.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
3. Your data
You own the campaign data you import. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you (analytics, recommendations, backups, and security). We do not sell your data. You are responsible for having the rights to upload the data you import.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: access other customers' workspaces or data; attempt to breach the service's security; upload unlawful or infringing content; resell or scrape the service without permission; or use the service in a way that harms its availability for others.
5. Beta disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” during private beta, without warranties of any kind. We aim for reliable, correct analytics, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and recommendations should be reviewed before you act on them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adsevon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost advertising spend or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger zone). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
To be determined with legal counsel before public launch.
