Adsevon

Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It describes what you may not do with Adsevon. “You” means every person who uses an account, workspace, or trial on the service.

1. Unlawful activity

You may not use Adsevon to break the law — including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or deceptive advertising practices in any jurisdiction where you operate.

2. Malware and harmful code

You may not upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm systems, steal data, or disrupt services — including through file uploads, CSV imports, or integrations.

3. Abuse and harassment

You may not use the service to harass, threaten, or abuse any person, or to target individuals with unwanted or harmful communications.

4. Credential theft and phishing

You may not attempt to steal other users' credentials, session tokens, or API keys, or use Adsevon to run phishing or social engineering campaigns. You may not share your own login credentials in a way that lets others impersonate you.

5. Unauthorized access and scraping

You may not access workspaces, accounts, or data that are not yours; probe, scan, or test the service's security without permission; or scrape, crawl, or bulk-export the service's content, interfaces, or other customers' data. Reselling access to the service, or building a competing product on top of it without written permission, is not allowed.

6. Privacy violations

You may not upload personal data about other people unless you have a lawful basis to do so. Campaign data you import must be data you have the right to process — see the data responsibilities in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Spam and platform abuse

You may not use Adsevon to send spam, run deceptive ad campaigns, or violate the terms of the advertising platforms you connect (Meta, Google, and others) — for example by using our recommendations to evade their policies or review processes.

8. Bypassing security and limits

You may not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls; create additional accounts to obtain extra free trials or evade a suspension; or interfere with the service's availability for other customers.

9. Consequences

Violations may lead to warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of your account, depending on severity. We may act without prior notice where there is an immediate security or legal risk. Termination for violations does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law.

10. Reporting

If you see abuse of the service, please report it via our contact page.
