Billing for Adsevon is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment method, tax calculation, invoicing, receipts, and refund processing. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work; in case of conflict with Paddle's own terms, Paddle's terms govern the payment itself.
1. Trial cancellation — $0 charged
Every new customer gets one 7-day trial. A card is required to start the trial, but $0 is due on day one. If you cancel at any point during the 7 days, you are never charged — and you keep full access until the original trial end date. Cancel from Settings → Plan in the app.
2. Paid subscription cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. Because plans are billed monthly in advance, there are no prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law or under Paddle's policies.
3. How to request a refund
Refund requests are processed through Paddle. Start from your Paddle receipt email, which contains a link to manage your purchase — or contact our billing support and we will direct you to the right place. Paddle evaluates each request under its own refund policy.
4. Duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same period, contact us with your receipt details. We will investigate with Paddle and any confirmed duplicate charge will be corrected.
5. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — most billing issues are resolved faster that way than through a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback while a refund request is in progress can delay resolution.
6. Plan downgrades
Downgrading (for example, Growth $49 to Launch $19) changes what you pay from the next billing period onward. The current period, already billed, is not repriced.
7. Billing support
Questions about a charge, invoice, tax receipt, or refund status: contact us. Include the email address on your account and, if you have it, the Paddle transaction ID from your receipt.
