Adsevon

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Draft — not legal advice. This page describes Adsevon's actual data practices in plain language, but it has not been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be finalized before public launch.

Adsevon (“we”) helps advertisers analyze their campaign data and get more results from the same ad spend. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

Data we collect

Account data. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a password hash (we never store your password itself). We also store email-verification status, session records so you stay signed in, and single-use tokens for email verification and password resets (stored hashed, expiring after 24 hours and 30 minutes respectively).

Workspace and advertising data. When you set up a workspace we store the details you provide (workspace name, website, industry, timezone). When you import campaign data we store the datasets, campaigns, and daily metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue) needed to run analytics and generate recommendations. Raw uploaded files are cleared after a successful import.

Security logs. We keep an audit trail of security-relevant events (sign-ins, imports, recommendation changes, settings changes), including IP addresses, to protect accounts and investigate abuse.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect payment data (there is no billing yet), ad-platform credentials (there are no integrations yet), tracking cookies or advertising beacons, and we do not use your data to train machine learning models.

How we use your data

Your data is used to operate your account, run the analytics and recommendations you asked for, keep the service secure, and communicate with you about your account (verification, password resets, and responses to your messages). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

Adsevon uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a preference cookie that remembers your active workspace. There are no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep your data while your account or workspace exists. Sessions and single-use tokens expire automatically. Audit logs are kept as an append-only security record. When you delete a workspace or your account (Settings → Danger zone), the associated datasets, campaigns, imports, and recommendations are deleted; audit entries are preserved with identifying references removed.

Your rights

You can delete your workspace or your entire account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Self-serve data export is not built yet — until it ships, contact us and we will provide a manual export of your data.

Security

We protect your data with the practices described on our security page: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, revocable sessions, tenant isolation between workspaces, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
