Cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the app — no calls, no retention maze.

How to cancel

1. Go to Settings → Plan.
2. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

What happens next

• Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
• You will not be charged again. There are no prorated refunds for the partial month, except where required by law.
• Your data stays exportable after cancellation. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.

Canceling during a free trial is even simpler: you are never charged at all, and you keep trial access until the original end date.
